STRESS AMONG STUDENTS


               Stress is natural response everyone will feel when facing problems or challanges. Nowdays, students are experiencing more stress beacuse of their studies and also social life. There are many reasons to occur stress among current generation students.

                The main reason of their stress is their education pressure. Students who are taking public exams and university students facing this problem even more. They have face too many of homeworks, assigments and other commitments to fullfill their grades to reach higher level. To achieve high grades, they sacrificing their sleep, time with friends and family makes them more stressed.
               
                 Secondly, having poor eating habits also can be a cause of stress among students.Foods with lack of nutrients and unhealthy foods will make their body too weak. Foods like fast foods, high fat foods, caffine, carbohydrated drinks, sugar will increase their stress level. They should take foods with rich of nutrients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts will help them to overcome from stress problems.

                   Finally, students must be smart in time management. Many will face their problem while they have to complete a task in short period. To avoid that they must plan their own schedule to complete a task before the time given. It will be more beneficial to them to keep them away stress problems. If not it will cause mental and physical illness to students which may cause bad consequences in future.
