BENEFITS OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

                                                       

                As humans, we all are wishing to have an healthy lifestyle. But in this 21st century, the technological develpment leads to creation of various types of entertainment such as online games, social media and so many. Back then 10 years, without these technological development, humans still lives a healthy lifestyle by doing more outdoor activities and now its keeping reducing day by day. Sitting at same place and eating junk foods will not help them to be a healthy human. It may cause so many disease in future. In my opinion, many people doesnt know the benefits of healthy lifestyle making them lazy and unhealthy person. In this article, I would like to describe some of benefits of leading an healthy lifestyle.

              First of all, leading an healthy lifestyle will help us to live longer. According to the recent research, peoples in Malaysia have high risk on getting cancer or other health related diseases by having a unhealthy lifestyle. An unhealthy diet can lead to obesity, which may increase a person's risk of developing cancer. This risk can be reduced by following a strict diet in their daily life. They can consume foods with higher amount of nutrions such as fruits and vegetables will help them maintain their body ver balanced. So the risk of health issues can be reduced.

            Secondly, a healthy lifetsyle will boost our self energy. One of the examples for healthy lifestyle is exercising regularly. By exercising regularly, it will control our heartbeat which can reduce heart related diseases. Moreover, doing it at free greenery space, the place will produce fresh air and nutrients to our tissues and gets out cardiovascular system more efficiently. In this case, it will boost energy by promoting a healthy sleep. When we have enough of sleep, we will involve in task with full of energy and commitment.

           A healthy lifestyle will boost our mood. Healthy lifestyle is not about diet and exercise. It also can be related with social connections. Social connections can be refer to participating in volunteering activities, joining a club, or communal activities will increase our mood and mental functions. By keeping our mind active, it will balance our serotonin levels. Moreover spending quality time with family members will keep our mind relaxed and reduce our stress. These all are best examples for boost our mood.
