FESTIVAL THEATRE UKM 2019

              Festival theatre is one of the biggest event that is conducted under UKM level. It is a live performing event and in this programme, students from every college of UKM will take part to showcase their acting talent. This event is conducted by Rimba theatre club of UKM and was conducted for 4 days straight.

              Diffrent types of stories showcased by our performers such as horror, emotional, comedy and many more. Before the event, every teams were trained very hard to give their best to win the competition. The teams are very creative making up their own set up for their drama perfomance. The main propose of conducting this event is to explore inner talent in UKM students and upgrade their soft skills. Not only in academics, the students must also be active in other events such like this.

               After all the drama showcased, there was prizing ceremony was conducted. There were many artist and higher officials of UKM attended the prize giving ceremony. Firstly, the event started with prayers followed by speeches from the chief guests of the event. Then followed by special perfomance from students of UKM and it was mesmerizing. The first place won by collage Burhanuddin Helmi and the joy was celebrated by the those collage students. Followed by few special awards for every collage who participated in the competition.

                 This is my first experience watching a live stage perfomance and I was impressed by acting perfomed by every actors. They were so dedicated and really they are able to attract audience by their outstanding perfomance. Winning is part, taking part in a event like this can be considered as their first victory, because of their willingness to contribute to their collage. After watching the stage perfomance, I also got intrest to act in those kind of events, because it was so enjoyable.

                        In conclusion, these kind of events should be carry on by every Univerisities, while they can produce effective students not only in academic, in soft skills and other talents too. These kind of events could give unforgettable memories to the students. Even after they finished their university life, this experience will be with them until their last breathe.

               As we all know, our final exams are getting closer. Same as exams, the assigments to submit is also getting ready to its deadline. First of all, I started this blog as computer class assigment. Our professor told us to publish 14 blog articles by 30th of december 2019.
